Customer Protect Warranty 

 

 

All pre-owned vehicles sold by AUTO GRANT undergo a comprehensive inspection to ensure they meet our quality standards. Every vehicle is covered by a 3 month AUTO PROTECT extendable Warranty, beginning on the date of purchase.

We offer Warranty Cover From 3 Months extendable to 36 Months

 

 

What the Warranty Covers

 

 

• Engine and transmission components

• Major mechanical and electrical systems

• Drivetrain and differential

• Steering, braking, and suspension components (manufacturer-specified parts only)

• Factory-installed components essential to vehicle operation

 

 

Repairs or replacements will be carried out by a repair centre of your choice. All work must be approved by Warranty Provider prior to commencement.

 

 

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

 

The warranty excludes:

 

• Routine maintenance (oil changes, filters, brake pads, tires, wiper blades)

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, or unauthorized modifications

• Wear-and-tear items consistent with vehicle age and mileage

• Cosmetic issues (paint, upholstery, trim) unless otherwise agreed

• Breakdown caused by using non-approved parts or fluids

 

 

 

Owner Responsibilities

 

To maintain warranty coverage, the owner must:

 

• Follow the recommended service schedule

• Use approved service facilities

• Retain receipts for all maintenance and repairs

 

 

 

Limitation of Liability

 

The warranty provides repair or replacement of covered components only. It does not extend to indirect costs such as towing, alternative transport, or loss of use unless explicitly stated in writing.
